People living on earth can be categorized into two distinct categories:

The Negative Thinkers

AND

The Positive Thinkers

It’s fun to write, and it’s more fun when you write what you have seen and experienced. This is an article written with a lot of concern for those who have negative thoughts and those who are loners.

Apparently, they may never seem so, but the world feels so much like it’s only about them. Their life may become very difficult in this world if they have to constantly keep getting gyan, lectures, philosophical sayings from everyone around them so much so that they have to become positive to enjoy life or even be this way or that way. Remember the point that they themselves do not know, which is that they are ‘LONERS!’

The most important thing that I have to mention is that underlying all that negative thinking may be the sweetest soul; A kind of person whom you would truly love to discover if you could be their friend. But friends, they have none. A pure creation by the almighty, completely convinced that their world is true, alive, action filled and energizing. If they were forced to think positive, you could truly be stressing them out!

What the world would fail to realize is how negative thinkers can be happy! Don’t imagine that people who are consumed by negative thoughts are the unhappy lot. You may be completely wrong! In fact, it’s quite possible that you are the unhappy one, since you are not able to let them just be!

People who think negative, love to keep thinking so. They enjoy their lives thinking negative. They are constantly in their own world and they enjoy that world. They have made a home away from home, somewhere in the air, or down on the earth (a Patala Lokam), as they wish to, and they actually live in that home every moment. They are very happy being and thinking negative in that home! They would constantly cherish to be there and to be left alone!

They also do not feel as lonely as one may think! In fact, it’s when you try to pull them out of their world (The Patala Lokam (shortened to PT from now on)), that they sulk, retort, and become more unhappy, in strongly trying to prove that you are the unhappy one, not they! Of course, they are very safe and secure in their world. Their insecurity is now under check, when you try and bring them out!

Once in a way, they might try to come and peep out of their home, to see the world, and if any one notices that, they would immediately shy away and get into their little cozy shell like the crab and feel safe therein. Their negative thinking is continuous, but, they are unaware of their state of mind. Their ‘receiving ‘ of communication may be very faulty too, but, that’s not intended anyway, so could you please pardon them for that?

Positive thinking, according to a few, ponders on our optimistic thinking view point. When one exaggerates a positive thought to try and get better on a certain situation, according to some negative thinkers this is a false acceptance!

According to a few, positive thinking is a state of denial or escapism from reality; a view point when one is not grounded and has not accepted life “as-is.”

Are the negative thinkers right? These people probably believe in this philosophy! So, now, why should one only choose to be positive, if they are happy in their negative state?

One theory that baffles me, is the fact that negative thinkers believe that you should be prepared for the worst all the time. It’s one thing to believe that such people may never keep a track or count of the positives in their lives, as much as they have a complete, systematic and sequential memory of their negatives. They Love these memories, and choose to store them so fondly in their lives.

Do you agree / disagree ?

The most positive communication could also be received most negatively! For example, a husband who is positive may tell his wife, ‘You are looking good today.” While a positive thinking person may as a wife, love to receive a compliment such as this, a negative thinking person can think as follows:

“You have no better business to do, so, you are complimenting me!”

Or,

“You are very artificial!”

Or,

“You are saying this just because you have to and since I am your wife!”

For some, it takes immense effort to think of one positive thought in a day. It’s a pain to do so. It’s also an immense effort and more so if they have to put their positive thoughts into action. It’s the most stressful situation for them.

Friend, this article is for you, surely! If you are a positive thinker, well, these are words of wisdom after 26 years of experience.

While the world perceives that only “positive thinkers” are the happy lot who enjoy life to its fullest, my experience tells me otherwise. I believe both are happy as they are, just let go!

I have met a lot of people who are habitual positive thinkers. They seem to enjoy their life being the people they are. According to them, it is the people who surrounding them that are “unhappy.” If you are a positive thinker among many negative thinkers, then you would be in a real soup in life!

This is because you would constantly try to make others think positive, because that’s what makes you enjoy life at every moment, and therefore, with good intentions you would like everyone around you also to enjoy Life! So, you are the one struggling to change this environment around you! That’s not acceptance, is it? Now do you see a point in this?

Now, could you please leave the negative thinkers alone? They are enjoying their life!

They are safe and cozy in their worlds and you would do good to them if you please just leave them alone!

It is you who is the unhappy soul! Trust me, you want to change this world ! It’s an impossible task! It’s an imaginary goal!

So, folks, if there is one thing that these people would be scared of, it’s probably only your DB level! Raise your voice and they are sunk! So, could you please be polite to them, talk to them in a soft nurturing tone? They would probably respond to you, if they feel secure!

So, to sum it all up, just let them be. Listen if you can to them. It would help if you could delve into their world of negative thinking and imagination. It’s truly awesome to delve into it! Admire them, feel their presence, see the good in them! Now that’s positive thinking for sure! You see, you are happy now and so are they! Keep doing good to them!

Let’s all just be as GOD has made us, and enjoy the freedom of our souls!

With lots of love to my fellowmen,
