THE FOUNDER

Vani Sukumar is a Dynamic Social Entrepreneur! The opportunity to start her own Enterprise, after a perseverance of more than 13 years of Dreaming, Analyzing, Planning, Crossing Hurdles in Personal, Social, and in the Environment, Integrated Systems emerged as a reality. We are now crossing 21 years of service, and continue despite the constraints.

Post 13 Years of Service with an NGO, in Chennai, Vani Sukumar, Founded And Developed INTEGRATED SYSTEMS with a vision for INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION IN SOCIETY single handedly since 1997.She has won an award for 10 years of dedicated service by Vidya Sagar (An NGO in Chennai).

She has presently to her credit 33 years of solid experience in promoting healthy, and socially effective programs for the public through HR Consultancy ,Counseling, and the Enabling Programs .She has successfully designed , and implemented accurate and customized programs for the corporate sector with ease.

Social Entrepreneurship is a response to providing services to non-existent markets, and aim at solving social issues.These services are by nature, transformative, innovative and financially sustainable; and thus differ largely in the mode of functioning from non-profits, commercial business models and/or services provided by the government.

Just as entrepreneurs change the face of business, social entrepreneurs act as the agents of change for society, seizing opportunities that others miss and improving systems, inventing new approaches, and creating solutions to change society for the better.

OUR ADVISORS

G.V. SUKUMARA- ADVISOR

Mr.G.V Sukumara plays a very important role and he is the backbone of this company. He supported and converted the dreams into action for this company. He believes in the concept of “Normalization” and give unconditional support to our young students and parents in the enabling programs. He plays a very special and specific role in supporting the company for developing equipments for disability.

He is a first generation entrepreneur has to his credit more than 34 years of experience in running an industry. His specialization is in Software driven Power Electronics for various applications including Telecom & Energy Management.

His experience is exclusive, and includes a huge variety in dealing with foreign collaboration, export business, government agencies financial institutions, customs, central excise, tax authorities, BIFR, banks (sarfaise), debtors, etc. He is an advisor to us for developing the product

GAYATHRI KIRAN – Advisor

Gayathri Kiran is an advisor for Integrated Systems on cognitive development for children and has supported programs for teacher training and also some corporate training. She is associated with the company for the past 2 decades. She brings with her the child like smile and positive energy to the work place.

She is a Doctorate in Psychology from Bangalore University, though her Post Graduation and M.Phil. are from Delhi University. Since then, she has been working in the area of Early Childhood Care and Education and Special Needs. She has worked with the Spastics Society of Karnataka, as a Senior Psychologist for more than 10 years, before founding Samyukta Child Development Consultancy. Through this company, she provides consultancy in early years and special needs in early years to schools, NGOs and other organisations. Her special areas of interest are early childhood education for the children from under-served sections and inclusive education in early years. She is based out of Bangalore and comes with a vast experience in dealing with social issues related to children, special education & parenting.
