You are the person, the body, the mind, and the intellect. You have a life force within you and this is what makes you get into action and make choices in your life. So what would you choose for a lifetime on a daily basis? GOOD HABITS OR BAD HABITS?

I have chosen some good habits in my life. These good habits are just like bad habits; they haunt me on a regular basis. I can’t give them up, but this addiction is good for my body, good for my soul, and good my intellect. They rejuvenate me! Make me positive! Energise my thinking process, and constantly make me move forward!

I love these addictions, I love myself because of them, and I am happy that I have made these positive choices. For this, my body thanks me, my mind feels rejuvenated, and my intellect constantly gives me more and more ideas to dream about. This is my energy from my LIFE FORCE; it is bountiful, not many can feel it unless they develop it!

Having said that, I want to mention some of them:

  1. Brushing twice a day.
  2. Gargling with hot water and salt every morning after brushing.
  3. Cycling for 40 minutes.
  4. Writing a diary in word or mind, remembering the thousand things that my family does for me every single day.
  5. Reminding my body, mind, soul, and intellect that they have done a great job that day and putting them to sleep with soothing thoughts.
  6. Wishing all the people around me with genuine wishes.
  7. Giving genuine compliments without any reason; from the soul; after feeling it.
  8. Sharing whatever I eat.
  9. Developing an attitude of Gratitude. I do this consciously; remembering even the smallest of gifts given by someone to me forever. I enjoy being grateful to everyone and  everything. It is the greatest joy I experience on a daily basis. I am very grateful to my parents who gave me this wonderful world, my education, and also gave me a positive thinking outlook towards life.
  10. Writing personal notes and letters. It makes a huge difference in this internet world!
