My experience with integrated systems has been extraordinary and very informative. The moment I spoke to Vani Ma’am I had a feeling this is going to be an amazing experience for me , to work with someone so experienced was something I was looking forward to since a long time . And then I met Padmashree , a fighter who fought her way back. I was assigned the duty of completing Padmashree’s documentation work for the record of integrated systems .At first I thought I could type it into the computer right away but that was not possible because the amount of information in her head was tremendous . So I recorded everything she had to say and would go back to my Hostel and type it down. Even though at first I had a little trouble working it out then, I got the hang of it and it turned out to be a wonderful experience It was like listening to an inspirational story, every word Padmashree said had so much meaning.
Everyone at integrated systems was so supportive , the first thing Ma’am told me when I joined was that “ everyone is equal here and everyone will be respected.” And I agree with Ma’am YES all our suggestions were considered and we were given a chance to speak. I learnt a lot from Vani Ma’am, I realized the difference a team makes in pulling off an event. The support from Padmashree ‘s parents is to be extremely appreciated .There was a lot of learning happening everyday, and nothing was pre- planned learning happening at integrated is very spontaneous.
I can’t find words to express my experience at integrated systems. I will be more than happy to work with Padmashree ,Vani Ma’am and our team once again . I had a wonderful time in the three month internship period with integrated systems . Thank you for this opportunity which I will treasure on the long run.
